Chris Amos is our primary story teller and media handler for Autos Grind. He is a professional automotive photographer and multimedia editor based in Michigan. He has worked as a freelance photographer for leading automotive publications including Autoblog, Autoweek, and Winding Road Magazine. Since 2011, he has served part-time as Multimedia Editor at Winding Road, overseeing video content production. His expertise spans editorial and commercial automotive photography, video production, and visual storytelling.

Editor-at-Large: Mat Watson

Mat Watson is our primary editor at Autos Grind. He’s an English automotive journalist and presenter with more than two decades of experience in motoring media. He is the Chief Content Officer at carwow and the face of the company’s YouTube channel, which has grown to over 11 million subscribers under his leadership. Starting his journalism career at Dennis Publishing in 2001, he later presented for Auto Express and CarBuyer before joining carwow in 2016 to launch their YouTube channel. His work spans in-depth reviews, drag races, buyer guides, and consumer advocacy content.

Reviews Editor: Mat Armstrong

Mat shares stories from the road, exploring cars, performance, and the passion behind the automotive lifestyle. He is a famous British YouTuber and automotive content creator from Leicester, UK, known for documenting the purchase, restoration, and modification of damaged luxury and performance vehicles. With over 5.6 million subscribers on his main channel, he has built a reputation for hands-on rebuilds of wrecked supercars including Lamborghinis, Ferraris, Bugattis, and Rolls-Royces. A former professional BMX rider, Mat is self-taught in automotive repair and shares his builds, modifications, and mechanical challenges with a global audience.
