Created for the streets yet influenced by Formula 1, the SLR McLaren effortlessly blends racing with elegant luxury. It features a powerful 5.4-liter supercharged V8 engine producing 617 horsepower. Goes from 0 to 60 in 3.4 seconds with a top speed of 208 mph. This combination of speed and style makes it a symbol amongst all Mercedes supercars.
The SLR McLaren also introduced unique design features as well, like the sleek, pointed nose and famous butterfly doors.
The design was a tribute to the legendary 1950s Silver Arrows in the North American Auto Show. It was introduced in 1999 as the Vision SLR concept.

Mercedes-AMG One
This Mercedes-AMG One could be considered one of the most revolutionary supercars to this date. Launched in August 2022, this limited-production vehicle boasts a 1.6-liter turbocharged V6, complemented by four electric motors, boasting a total combined output of 1,063 horsepower.

Mercedes-Benz C111
The C111 is a line of experimental sports cars started by Daimler-Benz in the late 1960s and continued into the early 1970s. Within a few years, the Type C111 had created quite a sensation at the Frankfurt Motor Show in 1969, demonstrating the latest trends in automotive technology and design.
It has that handsome wedge-shaped body, made of fiberglass, with its famous gullwing doors that house some of the innovative powertrains such as Wankel rotary engines and high-performance diesel engines. Nevertheless, despite bringing an awful lot of public interest in the product to the point where enthusiasts were sending blank checks to Mercedes. The C111 remained a prototype and test platform, sadly never seeing production.
